DYNAMIC AND FLOWING GYROKINESIS® CLASS
A focus on opening the joints, mobilizing the spine, and opening the body and nervous system in new ways. The breath guides the body into circular, flowing motions that allow energy to flow through the body. Recommended for those with some movement experience. Please have a strap, a mat for floor work and a stool or chair without arms high enough for your hips to be slightly higher than your knees when sitting. You will be elated after this quickly paced class!

GENTLE AND SLOW GYROKINESIS® CLASS
The principles of GYROKINESIS ® exercises explored in a gentle and soft flow with an intention to move the body with ease, respecting any pain or movement limitation. A focus on movement of the spine and the breath with the goal being safe, relaxing movement for beginners or those wanting a gentle workout to ease the mind and body and find new space in the joints. You will need a mat if we do any floor work and a chair without arms or a stool high enough for your hips to be slightly higher than your knees when seated. Body rolling, skin brushing and self massage may be added on occasion.
